Why doesn't Australia Liquor Express deliver to my area?

​

If you're out of the Drop Zone, don't despair! We are expanding quickly and will be on our way to you soon. Our delivery radius spans Sydney CBD and suburbs, which allows us to deliver on our promise of having your drinks to you within 23 minutes. As we grow, so too will our Drop Zone. You can shoot us a request to add your suburb and you’ll be the first to know when we get there.

How long will I wait for delivery?

​

Our on-demand delivery promise is within 23 minutes from the time you place the order, to the time we’re knocking on your door. For pre-orders, you can expect delivery from our tipple transporters within your selected time frame on the date of your choosing.

What are your delivery hours?

​

At Australia Liquor Express, we've always got your back. Our transporters start delivering as early as 10am, and clock off at 8pm, every day. We call last drinks at 7:30pm every night so we can meet our delivery promise at 8pm. We can’t bend on this; it’s the law, and we are serious about responsible service.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

There is no limitation on the minimum ordering!

What payment methods do you accept?

​

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard and AMEX) and PayPal. Paying by credit card is the best way to go and allows us to get your order to you in under 23 minutes, ensuring you can enjoy your time as quickly as possible.

Do you take special requests for items you don’t stock?

​

We sure do! If you have a favorite item that we don’t stock, we’ll do our best to source it so we can bring it to you. Our range currently offers over 500 products and is constantly growing, so we encourage input from our customers to get you what you want.

Why do you ask for my date of birth?

​

We require your date of birth at registration to verify your age for deliveries. Remember, we are delivering alcohol, so it's in everyone's interest that we follow the law and execute responsible service.

How can I become a transporter of Australia Liquor Express?

​

We conduct quarterly recruitment drives to find the best transporters for us. CVs can be emailed to support@australialiquorexpress.com, and our Logistics Director will get in touch with shortlisted candidates ahead of the next recruitment drive. The more detail shared, the better. We're looking for the best transporters in town.

What forms of ID do you accept?

​

Per the Liquor Control Reform Act 1988, the acceptable forms of identification must be one of the following photo ID materials: • Australian Driver Licence • Victorian Learner Permit • Victorian Proof of Age Card • Australian or Foreign Passport • Keypass Card (including digital keypass)

Local Liquor Ultimo (ABN:91159429321 LIQP 770010393) supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Specific legislation in your state or territory and to view our Liquor Licence numbers.
