A distillery producing rum as a craft, carried out by hand, and following time-honoured traditions since 1980. The Fijian Islands are renowned for their pure water, nourishing the sugarcane growing in rich volcanic soil at the base of The Sleeping Giant Mountain. The hand-cut sugarcane is distilled into rum, then filtered through coconut shell carbon to capture the pure taste of Fiji. Our Ratu Signature Blend Rum Liqueur is aged for 8 years in charred oak barrels with aromas of zesty orange, dark chocolate, and coffee which give way to a velvet mouthfeel of coconut and spiced oak followed by a lingering fresh citrus aroma.
